Our approach to scar therapy is primarily hands-on, using gentle techniques to work with the scar and the underlying tissue that may be causing discomfort or restriction. When appropriate, we may also use specialist equipment such as Lymphatouch, Shockwave, dry needling, or therapeutic taping. Every step of treatment is explained fully, and nothing is carried out without your informed consent.

No matter the age, size, or location of your scar, it’s very likely we can help improve comfort and function. Treatment can reduce tightness, ease pain, and restore more normal sensitivity to the area. Every scar is unique, and so is every response to therapy — while we can’t guarantee timescales, many clients notice meaningful improvements over the course of their sessions.
